I guess this really proves how much exercise helps slim your body. I know a lot of people who only focus on what they eat because your diet is really where you lose the weight. But I lost more weight this week, but didn't trim as much fat off my body. I'm still happy with my results though. They are a lot better than I had expected considering I couldn't exercise. And I know I probably only lost such a large amount because of my food poisoning, but I don't care.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
