ok...I started in the middle of a week, but I'm going to go ahead and do the weigh in today. I'm really excited to see the numbers go down on the scale.
125.0 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 61.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
