A little lower but a great success for the week overall. Hopefully I won't go crazy on my cheat day today. Planning on doing 6 racks of babyback ribs on the Big Green Egg and some homemade Coleslaw.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
