I joined a workout challenge!!
My roommate is trying to get in shape for her physical exam to become a police officer!! She is going to be so motivated and I want to help her, and she can help me be motivated too! We are both going to look fantastic! ;) And my husband might even join in, too, but he has foot/ankle issues and doesn't want to exercise much... but I bet if he sees my roommate and I looking super sexy and sweaty, he will want to join in!! ;)
30 minutes of exercise EVERY day (with one day off per week). I just have to at least take a half hour walk, as a compromise if I'm tired, and try to swim and maybe yoga or other DVD workouts I have, pilates, beach babe workout, ab killer workout... they all KILL me. But they are all quick. I HAVE to remember to stretch, and that doesn't count as part of the 30 minutes. If I don't stretch, I will be too sore to workout the next day.
I ate way too much last night and yesterday. GET IT TOGETHER WOMAN. I may not be gaining much weight, but I certainly am not getting into shape, and I feel like a bag of crap. :P I need fresh vegetables. This is nuts, the food I have been eating... terrible.
