18875 steps... 3815 calories burned!! Had a great day bought me a new swimming suit which I haven't done in about 6 yrs and I am going swimming tomorrow!!
117.9 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
