I am pretty excited this week to break the 170 barrier. There have been a couple of times when the pizza oven started "calling me" that I went back and read thru all of my old journal entries. It was a great reminder of how far I have come and so far it has worked to keep me from a pizza and beer frenzy.
I's have to say that this website has worked about as well for me as the weigh-ins at Nutrisystems did in the early 90's. Being accountable, if only to myself, has helped keep me on track.
