Even with eating out at Chinese, and Easter Sunday meal. I was very careful and was worried. I only got in three days of workout, Mon, Tues, and Thur. I love progress and staying my schedule of two pounds per week has been relatively easy. YEAH!
61.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
