DId very bad this weekend. Excuse is my cousin from the UK is here. Eat out a lot and did no exercise.
Feel really upset, when I saw that my weihgt had climbed up above 3 lbs.
85.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
