Grrrr! I even did spinning yesterday! Not alcohol, veges and protein(not much!). I’m very sad about this. It seems like at least 2-3 weeks of studying at this weight;(
102.8 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
