Ok i know why i have hit my plato I have been so busy these last to week that by the time i get home its 8:30 and im to tired to work out... good news is im not gaining which means i am learning how to control my weight but i will say its a must to work out if you want to lose weight..
105.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
