Surprising that my knee isn't hurting this morning. Lost 6 lbs over that last 3 days. Could have eaten better but I did resist the temptation to buy lunch out yesterday.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 43.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
