No loss this week which is disappointing but I did expect it.. don't know what it is with me and Wednesdays but I again had a massive binge on bread chips etc so I am not surprised that I lost nothing. but on a positive I haven't gained so that's good 😄 Just need to work hard this week and the results will show. For some reason my binge Day is a Sunday ? I do well all week - then I seen to go 2 steps back on a Sunday ? Then spend mon- wed trying to get back what I put on ?? I guess I’m defo not patience- more of a comfort eater .. 🤔..but your right we will get there in the end ?

thanks shahidax1. And Gary yes I know exactly how you feel.. I feel so silly for giving into temptation as as you say it takes days to repair the damage and after you know it's not worth it. but at the moment the craving hits it so hard to resist and this is what I want to try to work on to avoid disappointing myself. hope you can get on top the Sunday sesh too xx
