Now that the swelling in my ankles has subsided, I step on the scale and at least I no longer am completely dismayed. Still tennis three times a week, softball twice a week, and gym every possible day.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
