Starting the downward journey again. I’ve done this before. Why have the past couple of years been such a fight?
117.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You have to stop seeing health as a chore and instead embrace it as a reward. Ask yourself, "Am I worth it?" The answer should help you determine how you feel about where you wont to go.

Yes I hear you ha ha I'm so similar to you but at least we acknowledge it and are taking positive steps towards feeling better....nice drop there:)
