Averaging 12,500 steps per day and over 10,000 steps in 28 of the last 29! Rocking the gym almost every day and feeling strong. I am improving my diet by being more conscious of 'tired eating' and 'mindless eating'.
I'm going to be 170 lbs (again ) one ounce/pound at a time.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
