I’m nursing a cold and I was trying to squeeze in a hamburger for dinner. I’m concerned about packing on weight with tea and smoothies.
47.9 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
