I have not been eating nutritiously since before Christmas. My activity level has not been optimal either. So beginning today I have 12 weeks to loose 20 lbs before going to the beach for vacation.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
