That was completely unexpected. I overdid the cardio yesterday and my thighs were so swollen that I was afraid my old nemesis DOMS was going to kick in and I was going to see a gain. My Biggest Loser contest ends tomorrow so hopefully one more day of not doing anything stupid.
84.3 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
