Setelah ocd 10 hari, berat badan turun 1 kg, 1 minggu pertama tdk turun2 mungkin krn jdwl ocd nya berubah2, Tp setelah ocd (intermitten fasting) plus hitung kalori lebih efektif ocdnya. Semoga berhasil~~~
