My weekend strategy of beer drinking for weight loss worked again. I drank 650 calories of beer and I'm down 1.4 pounds. I realize this is a dehydration effect but Biggest Loser ends in 2 days so hopefully I can drink more beer this evening and have another larger than expected drop.
85.0 kg Lost so far: 20.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
