Slow and steady losses are fine with me. I get little cheats once or so a week. I'm in a rhythm that is working. My motivation and attitude are all good. My eating habits and portion control are all on track. I know what I can eat and how much. I take a snap shot from every few days to keep an eye on it. But I don't record every single thing anymore.
