Hit another road block with weight. I will be outside all weekend though doing brush clearance and hiking around the mountains, so hopefully that will kick start more loss. Have a great weekend all! :)
88.2 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
