I start again today! I'll be doing a fat fast this week to get my body back into ketosis and I am meeting with a personal trainer this evening!
Short-term goals: - get to 150 or less by the time I leave for vacation 4/13 - 70% fat / 20% protein/ 10% carbs - 10,000 steps per day - hit the gym 3 per week, do cardio and strength Long-term goals: - increase core strength, decrease sciatica pain - 140lb - be able to run a mile - 15,000 steps per day - cardio and strength training 4 times per week
