This is one of those weeks I guess - where you do everything right and the weight doesn't come off. I think I feel something resembling muscles in my legs now (probably from the stair climbing)- so perhaps although my weight hasn't changed much - my body composition is beginning to.
I'm on a business trip next week and I am anxious (excited) to see how well I can stick to the plan while I'm on the road and have the obligatory dinners and lunches that I have to attend.
Looking forward to next week's weigh in.
