well i still am a little bit iregular. but i am happy with the weight loss. i will rotate my calorie intake on the weekend because i need to be more careful what i eat. i will also take more fiber to stop this little problem.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
