Barely squeezing all this food in because I am waiting WAY too long to start eating. Don't have much of an appetite for some reason. Was out for most of the day and nervous about eating the wrong thing which made me wait even longer to eat. Not good. Have to keep in mind that this is going to be a game of give and take...if I do a little too much for one meal, I can make it up with the next meal (right?). Still trying to figure out barriers and need to start eating earlier. If I had to predict...tomorrow's weigh in may be disappointing. :( But we shall see!
114.6 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 57.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
