wow i am really full this morning i am losing so fast and i love it! i know what goes n a proper diet and will do what ever it takes to keep healthy. i lost seven pounds since Thursday that is a amazing five days. and i give all the glory and honor to GOD!!!!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
