Another weekend that I survive. It was hard, but I actually lost weight. I just bought a house, closing on June 29th. But until then I'm living with roommates that eat like crazy, especially on the weekends. I'm not able to cook right now, so I need to be very wise about the foods I choose to eat. I usually eat McDonald's caesar salad grilled or Subway Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with plenty of veggies. I'm walking for 45-60 min, 6-7 days a week. Nothing crazy. I want to begin slow, since I have so much weight to lose. Well so far so good. Once I move it will be even better, since I'll be able to cook all my meals at home. Super excited!!
