Glad this challenge doesn't mention what time we have to eat because I don't think I'd do well at all. I ate a lot SO late!! Will do better tomorrow (hopefully)

I eat late sometimes too. I usually like to go on my treadmill later in the evening and shortly after that my body is usually craving some kind of carbs. Stay strong though, and if you can, just go to bed early to avoid eating late. And remember that it's not necessarily bad to eat a little bit before bed (especially if you have insulin level problems) but it's not a good idea to eat too much right before getting into bed.

I keep fruit in the fridge at all times. I'm not much of a late snacker but when I really do need to eat something, I usually go for some cantaloupe or even a container of sugar free jello.

I absolutely love cantaloupe. It's one of my evening snack favourites.
