Haven't recorded my food yet but will do after I do this.Had a great walk this morning (1hr. 15 min)went over to the small park by me and enjoyed my eagles who have a nest there with a eaglet.
I haven't completed what I'm going to eat yet,got thru breakfast,lunch 1 snack and still thinking about dinner.I'm so full that I almost can't think about food now.My adding extra fat has made quite a different which I noticed. I wanted to make Stef meatballs but ran out of chuck. I have a recipe that I will try later today for this evening its called cauliflower tabouli and I know it would be okay for Atkins,I wanted to put it in my cookbook to share but don't know being its out of a magazine whether I can do that or not. Sounds really good!I wouldn't use the soy sauce however.
Weight is the same today,been like that for at least a week,but didn't figure it would change however looking for one next Thursday.But if not then so be it.

I don't see why you can't enter that recipe into the site. I add foods all of the time when it's not in there. Great job on the walk, I am confident you will see an improvement real soon.

I just added to my daily journal, as I am also at a bit of a stand still. I suppose that I will show a loss next week, at least I hope I do, because I would love to lose another 15 pounds before the wedding, God willing and the creek don't rise!

Winddancer hang in there! We've all been through periods when we didn't lose or lost very slowly. You will lose again and we will be here to support you in the meantime.

I think doing the menu for the day is such a big help, I have stayed the same to Mary Ellen but we will get there. :)
