After unexpectantly losing 2 pounds yesterday a 0.4 lb "correction" was to be expected. Plus I got up early for week and extra sleep seems to result in extra weight loss.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
