Steady at this weight. Had some pizza and birthday cake over the weekend but as long as I didn't gain I'm happy. Back to fasting today and I'm hungry.
59.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
