Feeling very bloated and uncomfortable last night and today. No appetite whatsoever. Drinking lots of water, not worrying about the weight gain, it will come off when my tummy settles down.
97.0 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
