Down a bit. My weight is fluctuating a lot. It was up a lot after having spent a week in Guadeloupe (at a conference).
73.6 kg Lost so far: 79.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Its a learning curve, isn't it? I am sure you will cut back for a few days and be where you want to be. That's life, ups and downs, and weight will be no different.

I know that up and down feeling but now that you are home you can get back on track. Hope you enjoyed your conference.

Oh, I did enjoy the conference. I managed to get invited to a major conference in the field (Caribbean studies) in Jamaica in August. I also got the funding to go. That's going to be very interesting.
