Pagi jam set 10 slsai hit cardio BB ku 53,3 kg .dan sore stlah aerobik BB ku 53,7kg .

53.7 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

jgn timbang trus mbak tar stress ma timbangan..aq aja ts pagi timbang abis wo lsg naek 2 ons..mending fokus sm lingkar bdn..kl timbang pagi hr aja..pas bgn tidur stlh bab..

sy nimbang seminggu sekali mna,dulu awal2 mulai diet jg tiap hari,malah 3x sehari,akhir'y stres sendiri
