made Saturday a success! Didn't eat until 5 and stopped at 10, just couldn't resist that darn froyo. But still, I felt awesome all day fasting. I felt steady and strong. I am looking forward to today.
100.4 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week

Fasting is not good. It slows down your metabolism

Hi Henrietta b, that's not true at all, it's an old wives tale. It's working for me quite nicely, it's done WONDEROUS things for my blood sugar levels, and there are proven cancer protection benefits with fasting. I would have thought the same thing had someone told me this two months ago, but after reading Marks Daily Apple, I tried this, and LOVE it so far!
