Went up to 518 started the liquid diet prior to Gastric Bypass Surgery.
One week in I lost 22lbs. May 30th.

225.0 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg. Still to go: 111.6 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week
