For the first time in a long time I've worked out nearly every day, ate well and drank all my water. Gained weight? COME ON FOLKS!
107.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

that's how it seems to work for me often too. don't get too discouraged. with this will come a week where you eat like crap, miss a few workouts and mysteriously lose 2 lbs.
