I was hoping for a day during the weekend with a one pound drop. That never happened so I'm pretty surprised to see it happen on a Monday morning when I didn't sleep all that well.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
