WELL TODAY WAS MY FIRST WEIGH IN IN FEBUARY AND I AM SO HAPPY I LOST 5 LBS THIS WEEK. I WENT OUT OF TOWN LAST WEEKEND AND DID AWFUL AND GAINED BUT I CAME HOME AND WORKED HARD AND IT PAYED OFF. THIS LIFESTYLE CHANGE IS AWSOME.

88.4 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg. Still to go: 20.3 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 0.8 kg a Week
