I'm working too hard to only lose 0.4 pounds a day. Historically getting extra sleep has been beneficial so hopefully this weekend will see an improvement.
97.3 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
