I have a problem!! None of my belts are the right size! I've run out of holes! I need to buy some smaller belts. LOL. Even though I'm not dropping lots of pounds, or at least it doesn't look like it on the scale. My waist has gone down. I know what the issue is. I have been stepping up my exercises and I'm trading weight between fat and muscle. Big gains are usually made in the beginning and then it slows down. But still I'm very happy with my progress.
