Great work!!! What diet regime are you using please?I'm about 4kgs heavier than you but am struggling to lose any weight consistently. Would you be happy to share your age and height? I'm 165cm and 55yrs.

I'm 18 and 163cm. I basically avoid most processed food. I focus on a high protein and high fibre diet. The protein mainly comes from lentils, eggs and pea protein, with some meat. I eat rice and quinoa with the occasional slice of bread. If you have any more questions please let me know, hope this helps.

My calorie intake is around 1500 and my diet is moving towards completely clean eating.
