Really following 21 day plan... simplicity is just better at first
Pretty hungry... hoping it will pass
Just got my glucose tester... start checking tomorrow
I’m motivated rn

Nuts and fruit help. I love celery with chopped up walnuts or pecans and cream cheese. I use the low fat one and it is great. I mix the nuts with the cream cheese and a little salt and fill the celery stalks and keep it in the fridge ready to go. It taste great and really helps me stay on target.
