i'm fairly pleased,

i've been losing about a lb a day for the last few days
my goal is to get to 135 by the end of this week
if i get there, im gonna reward myself by allowing myself a small slice of cake, cause im going to a birthday party on sunday!
=)
i'm heading to the gym in a couple hours, so i'm aiming to burn 800 cals,
and i burned about 200 walking home from school today
for once in a very long time, i'm feeling optimistic again
:D its a wonderful feeling!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
