Wow eating vegies really can help you lose weight! I am proud of myself for sticking to my plan yesterday. I had a set menu for the day and I think I did pretty good. I did have a couple skittles and I had wine and a little fudge pop, but I ate exactly what I was going to for dinner. I wanted some more garlic bread and more pasta, but I didn't, so I'm happy! I even worked out last night, took the dogs for a walk and I woke up early and exercised this morning. I will get a little work out in after work today but I have school so it will have to quick.
49.5 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
