Benefits from staying on course while on vacation still continue. I need to concentrate more on getting calcium since muscle cramping has begun to present a problem again (especially in the middle of the night). I usually take a calcium supplement everyday but was lax about it while on vacation.

Got some bloodwork back recently:

Since beginning Atkins on Feb. 7 2010:

Total Cholesterol: Down 24 points (179 to 155)
Triglycerides: Down 99 (244 to 145)
No change in HDL and still lower than recommended (29, recommended: 40-60)

Just more real data to support the benefits of an Atkins WOE lifestyle.
137.7 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
