holy moly! i still fluctuate especially after a gym day but i only post my weight when a feel the loss is definitely permanent.

I was dropping 0.2kls daily and manage to loose 6kilos last summer to put it all back again after summer holidays were finished. This year I’m determined to loose this way forever! Plus posting here keeps me in track of my goals 💪🏻

I fast from 2pm until 8am. At 8am I normally have coffee with xtc and a almond flour/egg/cheese pancake (I do a weekly batch and keep it in the freezer in small containers) during the morning I have cucumber water with salt and acv. Lunch at 1pm 2 boiled egg, half avocado, in a bed of 50gr salad sprinkled with seeds. Then I will have a green tea with chia seeds before 2pm. After that I just drink water w acv and take potassium at night and charcoal.
