As of this morning I have hit my 10 lb. mark! 10 pounds down since I have started focusing on making healthier habits for myself a couple months ago. Slowly but surely it has come off. 6 more pounds to the goal, but I'd settle for 4 lbs. Cheat meal tonight for my Dad's birthday and I wont even feel bad about it. Well, I probably will, but I will try not to!
56.2 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
