Losing well eating 2410 calories a day. 90 g fat, 200 g carb, 200 g protein per day. I'll sometime flex out the carbs and fat to fit things in (in a rough ratio of 2 g carbs to 1 g fat [actually a fat is 9/4 of a carb, calorically]), so long as it stays under 2410.
Not exercising as much as I want to. Goal is to walk 20 miles a week and do 5.3.1. 4x a week, especially the core lifts.
Maxed on weights in the past couple weeks. Enjoyed significant gains in 3/4 lifts and readjusted military press to where it needs to be.
